•    If the item is not as described (e.g., wrong color, size, or model), you may       request an exchange, within 10 days of receiving the item through                 Item Return Form.
•    Provide clear pictures or videos showing the incorrect item as proof.
•    Upon verification, you will receive a replacement or full refund.

 

Process for Returns and Exchanges

• Reach out to our Item Return Form to initiate the return or exchange process.
• Provide your order number, a detailed explanation, and any required supporting evidence (e.g., photos of the damaged or incorrect item).

 2. Resolution:

• For damaged items: A full refund will be processed within 3 business days of approval.
• For exchanges: The replacement item will be shipped up on approval.

Conditions for Return

• Items must be unused, undamaged (except in cases of shipping damage), and in their original packaging.
• Returns or exchanges initiated beyond 10 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

 

Exclusions
